No Legal Advice
South Florida Document Assist is not a law firm or paralegal and is not acting as your attorney. Please note that we only offer paralegal services to lawyers and NOT to the general public. A legal document preparation service is not a substitute for the advice of an attorney.
We cannot provide legal advice. We can only provide self-help nonlawyer services. We are also not permitted to engage in the practice of law. We cannot and will not give a consumer any advice, explanation, opinion, or recommendation about possible legal rights, options, selection of forms, or strategies.
This site is not intended to create an attorney-client relationship. And by using this site or our document preparation services, no attorney-client relationship will be made between us. Instead, you are representing yourself in any legal matter you undertake. Our services will only include typing o forms, clerical tasks, and procedural assistance based upon the detailed instructions by our customers. You can click here for more information about our payments and refund policy.
Although we review your documents for typographical errors and proofread your documents before delivery, you are ultimately responsible for correcting all errors in your documents. As a matter of policy, we will make corrections and minor revisions at no additional charge.
We never review our answers for legal sufficiency, draw legal conclusions, provide legal advice or apply the law to the facts of your particular situation. This site and its services are not a substitute for the advice of an attorney.
